Anyone who signs in to the office side of Roofstead: owners, sales reps, office staff and production managers. Crews and subcontractors use the crew app, and those logins are free at every size.
Is there a contract?+
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from Billing & plan any time and your account stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the free trial work?+
It's 14 days with every feature. A card is needed to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
What does paying yearly save?+
Two months. A year costs ten times the monthly price: $1,990 for Small shop, $3,490 for Team, $5,990 for Company.
Are measurement reports extra?+
No. Roofstead Measure reads the roof from the air, or you trace it yourself on the satellite picture. There's no fee per report.
What does the setup fee get me?+
It's optional. For the one-time fee on your plan we bring over your jobs and customers, build your price list and templates, and train your team. Or set it up yourself for free with the Get set up checklist.
What's not included?+
Customer texting is the one optional extra, because the phone carriers charge for every message. Everything else on the features list is in every plan.
What happens if we grow past our plan?+
You move to the next size. The price changes; the features don't, because every plan already has all of them. Past 25 office users we quote Enterprise.
Can we get our data out?+
Yes. A full download of your data whenever you want it, free. Your data is yours.
